The VersaBracket VB-47 is an adaptable mounting solution designed for exposed-fastened roof systems, compatible with nearly any trapezoidal, exposed-fastened profile. No need for messy sealants or worrying about leaks—the VersaBracket comes with a factory-applied sealant in the base for a watertight attachment.
VersaBracket is incredibly strong, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications such as snow retention. It’s the perfect match for our ColorGard snow retention systems on exposed-fastened, trapezoidal profiles (for corrugated roofs, use CorruBracket). This bracket is highly economical and allows for quick and easy installation.
Each VersaBracket includes a factory-applied butyl sealant in the base. Constructed from structural aluminum, it is compatible with most common metal roofing materials. The ColorGard Crossmember easily attaches to the VersaBracket with self-drilling screws (not included). You can either select a pre-painted metal color strip to match or use ColorGard without a color strip, both providing functional protection with an attractive appearance.
The VersaBracket is mounted in the flat of the panel, directly into the supporting structure of the roof, such as wood decking, wood or steel purlins, or trusses. No surface preparation is required; simply wipe away excess oil and debris, peel the release paper from the base, align, and apply. Secure through the pre-punched holes using the appropriate screws (not included) for the supporting structure.
